What Aura AI does

Aura AI lets you schedule and publish posts to social accounts you own — Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and TikTok accounts — read and answer the messages and comments those accounts receive, and see how your posts performed.

It acts on your behalf using the access you grant when you connect an account. You can withdraw that access at any time by disconnecting the account.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and you must not use Aura AI if the platforms you connect have barred you.

Your content

Your content remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to your organisation, and publish it to the accounts you chose.

You must hold the rights to everything you publish through Aura AI, including images, video and music.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aura AI to publish unlawful content, to harass anyone, to send bulk unsolicited messages, or to impersonate others.

Do not attempt to breach the service, access another organisation's data, or work around the limits the connected platforms impose.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Connected platforms

Facebook, Instagram and Messenger are operated by Meta, and TikTok is operated by TikTok — not by us. Their own terms and policies continue to apply to your accounts, and what Aura AI can do is limited by what those platforms allow.

Posting through Aura AI does not exempt you from those platforms' rules. You are responsible for holding the rights to the video, music and images you publish, and for disclosing branded or paid content where a platform requires it — Aura AI gives you those controls but cannot verify your answers.

We are not responsible for changes those platforms make, for their outages, or for their decisions about your accounts.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and scheduled publishing depends on platforms outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost audience or lost data.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Aura AI and delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement if you breach these terms.

Deletion is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you in the product.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
